Case Study

Reaching Paediatric and Maternal Healthcare Experts Across the UK, France and Turkey

About

Exploring Professional Experience in Paediatric and Maternal Care

This study explored the professional roles and patient-facing experience of healthcare professionals working in paediatric care, infant health and maternal healthcare. It covered the UK, France and Turkey, with 80 professionals in each market, 240 in total.
Problem Statement

Finding the Right HCPs in Each Market

The study needed HCPs who currently see paediatric patients aged 0-3 and/or pregnant women. Job roles differ across the UK, France and Turkey, and anyone consulting for companies providing adult or infant feeding products had to be excluded to avoid biased insights.

Solution

Screening for Relevant, Unbiased Expertise

We screened every HCP on professional background, current role and the patients they regularly see. Eligibility was adapted to each market’s healthcare system, and conflict-of-interest checks removed anyone consulting for relevant companies. Every respondent could speak credibly about paediatric, infant and maternal care.
